Hello, I'm Mark Austin Sherman, a real estate agent based in El Pescadero, Baja California Sur, Mexico. I've been living and working in El Pescadero for more than 15 years and working as a real estate agent for the better part of a decade. During that time I've gained a deep understanding of the area, the inventory and this market in general.
My primary area of expertise are Pescadero and Todos Santos. I fell in love with these two communities upon my arrival in 2007 due to the ideal Pacific Coast location, authentic Mexican pueblo vibe and perfect year round weather.
I've been representing buyers and sellers for the better part of a decade however buyer representation has always been my passion. I love introducing people to the area I call home, helping them to negotiate the best possible price on the property of their dreams and then making the closing process as seamless as possible.
